The Process
Assessment:
At the first meeting we will discuss health history, goals, dietary habits and lifestyle. You will receive information including an introduction to food journaling. The food journal encourages accountability and adds to the data we need to create your plan. We will also plan a schedule for meetings and check-ins.
Goal Setting:
Based on initial assessment, we will collaborate on setting realistic and achievable nutrition and health goals. These goals will be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time bound.
Personalized Nutrition Plan:
The weekly one-on-one meetings, check-ins, and journaling provides the data needed to evaluate habits, behaviors, obstacles and lifestyle choices to create a bespoke nutrition plan. Focus will be on balanced meals, proper portion sizes, and nutrient dense minimally processed food.
Education and Guidance:
Private clients will receive recipes, grocery lists, and sample menus based on their needs and preferences. The plan will focus on filling any knowledge gaps and providing guidance on food and lifestyle choices.
Monitoring and Support:
Regular check-ins and monitoring enable me to track client’s progress and make necessary adjustments. Ongoing support and motivation are provided not only at check- ins, but clients are also able to text at any time and I will respond within 24hr.
Celebrating Success and Modifying Plan:
As clients achieve their goals throughout the program, we will celebrate and continue to adapt plans as needed to maintain progress. We will continue to address any new challenges that arise and create next steps to support the client’s momentum!

Coming from a competitive athletic background, I have always been on a quest for the “right” nutrition, the “thing” that promises to be the best, and drive my body composition and performance goals forward. After I had my 3 children and experienced the life changes that go along with that, the search continued. I wanted to feel great, look great, and be able to run after 3 kids. So I took classes, did research and turned my quest into a career. With my IIN and Precision Nutrition certifications I am now able to offer bespoke nutrition programs that cater to each client’s specific targets. Integrating behavior patterns and habits into a science based program is the only way to achieve lasting results and I am here to help you do that!
I have worked with clients of all ages and circumstances and love to tailor my programs to specific lifestyles and objectives. Nutrition is not a “one size fits all” solution, and finding out what makes a client tick in order to help them achieve goals is my super power.
